How long does it take?
Within 24 hours. Often faster. After you check out, you fill in your domain and which email tool you use, and my diagnostic gets to work. Then I personally review every finding before I hit send. If anything's going to delay your report, you'll hear from me directly.
Do you need my email password or login?
No. Never. I don't touch your account. Everything I check lives on your public DNS records. All you give me is your domain name (like yourbusiness.com) and which email platform you use. That's it.
Does every scan really get reviewed by you?
Yes. The technical checks run automatically so they're consistent, fast, and never miss a spot. But no report goes out without my eyes on it. That way you get accuracy + human judgment, not an auto-generated PDF.
What if I'm not technical at all?
Perfect. That's who I built this for. Every finding is written in plain English with the "what to fix and why" spelled out step by step. No jargon soup. You can hand the report to your web person or work through it yourself.
Which email platforms work with the scan?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Go High Level (LeadConnector), Mailchimp, and any other provider. The scan happens at your domain level, so it works no matter what tool you send from. Multiple tools sending on your behalf? Even better, the scan catches when they're not playing nicely.
What if my setup is already fine?
